$75,000 + Benefits Are you a passionate kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead the back-of-house team at a successful upscale casual restaurant in Hanover, MA . This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef or kitchen manager who enjoys developing people, maintaining exceptional food quality, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead all daily back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution. Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Manage food and labor costs while maximizing productivity and profitability. Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships. Execute prep, line, and service standards during high-volume shifts. Partner with the front-of-house management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Create schedules, conduct line checks, and ensure recipe and portion control compliance. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Culinary Manager, Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role. Experience in a high-volume upscale casual or polished casual restaurant. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
