We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager !
Responsibilities :
As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the management and the day-to-day activities of the restaurant. Other duties include, but not limited to; Store Sales and Customer Satisfaction Administrative Duties (ordering, inventory, scheduling) Interviewing and Hiring Training and Team Building Embracing an entrepreneur spirit. Build your business through community involvement and business relationships. Requirements /
Qualifications:
Must be able to work various shifts per week including weekends and week nights. High school diploma or degree preferred A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and/or a minimum of 2 years management experience Knowledge of the restaurant business Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Guest Service. Knowledge and ability to follow recipes along with using your creativity to create your own specials as well! An upbeat and optimistic attitude!
