We are open daily from 11am-11pm. This role will require the manager to stay on duty until the kitchen closes at 9:30PM. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the hospitality industry that does NOT come with late hours!! Flexible schedule and a very friendly staff and clientele. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations at the front of the restaurant, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for food service management and team leadership to make a positive impact in a dynamic dining environment. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient workflow during busy hours Train, develop, and motivate team members to uphold service standards and enhance their skills through ongoing coaching Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to maximize seating capacity and minimize wait times Handle cash transactions accurately using
TOAST POS
system, including cash handling and reconciliation Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the dining area in compliance with food safety regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management, preferably within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings Strong background in supervising teams with demonstrated leadership skills in a restaurant environment Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns effectively Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices to ensure operational efficiency Ability to train staff on food safety standards, food production processes, and hospitality best practices Previous experience with fine dining or banquet settings is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through energetic leadership and exceptional service!
