Shubie's is a 78-year-old, family-owned specialty market with a loyal following. We offer wines, gourmet foods, catering, and an in-store café. Our Food Bar (sandwiches and prepared foods) is a key part of what we do — and we're ready for someone to lead it with creativity and energy. This is not just a line cook position. This is a chance to lead a station, manage a team, and bring new ideas to life. What you'll do: Lead and manage the Food Bar team Create new sandwiches, specials, and prepared food ideas Order and manage inventory Keep the station organized, clean, and efficient Work closely with our Executive Chef What we're looking for: Kitchen, café, or deli experience Someone who enjoys both leading and being hands-on Strong organization and food safety habits A creative mindset — someone who wants to try new ideas Why this role stands out: Real input on the menu — your ideas matter Run your own station (not just follow a script) Friendly, team-oriented environment Long-standing, respected local business Full-time position.
