Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Multi-Unit General Manager Independent Restaurant Group We are a small independent restaurant group seeking an experienced, hands-on Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This is not a corporate role with layers of meetings and endless reporting structures. We're looking for a true operator — someone who thrives in the restaurants, leads from the floor, supports teams in real time, and takes pride in running strong, hospitality-driven operations. The ideal candidate is operationally sharp, financially disciplined, people-focused, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This role is best suited for someone who values stability, autonomy, quality of life, and being part of a close-knit ownership group over chasing corporate titles or rapid expansion. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations Be physically present in stores and actively involved in service Coach, mentor, and develop management teams Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and execution Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and controllable costs Recruit, hire, and retain strong hospitality talent Partner directly with ownership on operational improvements and business initiatives Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards Help foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture throughout the group What We're Looking For 5+ years of restaurant management experience Multi-unit leadership experience preferred Strong FOH and BOH operational knowledge Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak shifts as needed Strong understanding of restaurant financials and KPIs Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment Humble, accountable, energetic, and hospitality-driven leadership style Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Health insurance stipend Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and sick time Dining perks Supportive ownership team that values work-life balance, stability, and quality of life If you're the type of leader who prefers being in the restaurants instead of behind a desk — and you take pride in building teams, improving operations, and leading by example — we'd love to hear from you.
