Overview We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, supervise team performance, and lead training initiatives to uphold service standards. Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas. Utilize POS systems like Union POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Conduct shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to optimize service flow. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profitability. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management, ideally within casual dining or quick service environments. Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety management, and culinary operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, staff training, and managing hospitality teams. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Background in managing diverse food industry operations including catering, banquet services, or hotel food services is a plus.
