A minimum of five years experience as a cook, manager or assistant manager. Must be Serve Safe and Allergy Certified. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred. Must have computer skills, inventory skills and record keeping skills. Must have an understanding of DESE and HACCP reports and know how to properly fill them out. Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with the Food Service Director, kitchen staff,Principal and building staff. Must have good phone skills.

The Director of Food ServicesSupervises:
All kitchen staff
Job Goals:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the school meals operation.

Promote pride in the food service program among all kitchen employees and building staff.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
School Calendar Year. (182 days) Monday Friday 7 hours per day
EVALUATION
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with theprocedures set in place by school administration.
SALARY:
To be commensurate with annual Food Services Department salary schedule.
