This is a great place for anyone with management experience looking for a career change or a better opportunity! Growth is key in our organization, and we are looking for individuals who want to expand with us. All management positions are available!!!! Important.... Must be available 10am to 8pm. We strive to give 2 days off per week.
Some duties include:
  • Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Plan and execute catering events, and other special functions
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food or hospitality management, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • Knowledge of food service and catering operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Experience in training staff members
