Some duties include:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Plan and execute catering events, and other special functions
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food or hospitality management, or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Knowledge of food service and catering operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Experience in training staff members
