Join our dynamic team as a Domino's Shift Runner, where you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As a key leader on shift, you'll oversee daily activities, motivate team members, and uphold our commitment to quality food and outstanding service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members alike. Responsibilities Lead the team through each shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Manage restaurant operations including order accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Support food preparation tasks, including cooking, assembling orders, and maintaining inventory levels. Assist with training new team members in food service techniques, customer interaction, and safety protocols. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by bussing tables, managing kitchen cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant upkeep. Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant operations is expected. Demonstrated knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with POS systems Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers. Previous roles involving food preparation, cooking, or banquet service are valuable assets.
