Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and manage all aspects of guest interactions to create memorable dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while managing a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, providing coaching, training, and development to ensure top-tier service delivery Oversee daily shift operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and table management using square POS system Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures across all front-of-house activities Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Control inventory levels for service supplies and beverages; coordinate with kitchen management for seamless food production and delivery Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end Support staff hiring processes through interviewing candidates and conducting staff training sessions to uphold service excellence running expo to get the food to the customers promptly and correctly Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management experience is highly valued Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure settings Familiarity with Square POS; experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential Knowledge of food preparation, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in managing staff training & development, budgeting, shift management, and restaurant operations is preferred Join us as a Front of House Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences!
