Restaurant Manager Frangos Chicken Fingers Restaurant Manager Wilmington, MA Apply Job Description/Duties:
FRANGOS is seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 3 years of restaurant Restaurant experience to lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people-management skills who can maintain high standards while driving restaurant performance. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members. Hire, train, schedule, and retain employees. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
Required Amount of Experience:
3+ years in restaurant management, preferably QSR with drive-thru
Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of restaurant Restaurant Manager experience required. Proven leadership and team-development skills. Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with restaurant POS (Toast) and scheduling systems (Sling) ServSafe Certification preferred. Will schedule this if needed.
