At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Great People, Great Food, Great Coffee. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Hourly role with base wages up to $90,000 annually based on a 50-hour workweek (including overtime), plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses. What You'll Do Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations. Manage food production processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served. Train new staff on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and cooking techniques. Be hands-on working alongside team stepping into service as needed to support prep, line execution, and expediting during peak hours while modeling efficiency, teamwork, and high culinary standards. Hire and develop new staff members, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to build a strong, motivated, and high-performing kitchen team. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality. What You Bring Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Knowledge of food handling regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Culinary skills with the ability to cook various cuisines is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
