In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive overall profitability. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members. Restaurant Operations Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent execution. Ensure all departments operate in accordance with Agora's operational standards and procedures. Monitor service quality and support the team during peak business periods. Coordinate daily shift operations and ensure proper communication between all departments. Ensure opening, shift transition, and closing procedures are completed accurately. Guest Experience Create an exceptional hospitality experience by maintaining high standards of guest service. Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and strengthen guest relationships. Resolve guest concerns professionally, promptly, and effectively. Promote a culture where guest satisfaction remains the highest priority. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Assist in achieving sales, profitability, labor, and cost-control objectives. Monitor labor utilization and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supply ordering while maintaining budget expectations. Review operational reports, payroll information, and business performance metrics. Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and end-of-day financial reconciliation. Food Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations. Maintain compliance with all alcoholic beverage laws and company policies. Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Promote a safe working environment for both employees and guests. Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall restaurant performance. Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality and execution standards. Support company initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain consistency in brand standards, presentation, and operational execution. Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to all employees. Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations. Promote accountability through consistent coaching and progressive discipline when necessary. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Lead by example while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic. Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and leadership development. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management accurately. Deep understanding of food safety management practices and compliance standards. Effective communication skills for managerial communication and team leadership. Experience in managing hospitality teams within the food industry including catering or banquet services is preferred. Competence in managing budgets, analyzing profit & loss statements, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
