Responsibilities:

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John's standards. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
