The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations including customer satisfaction, sales, profits, and staffing while embodying the Flynn Competency framework. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TRUSTED OWNER
Manages day-to-day operations, food quality, safety, cleanliness, profitability, and costs. Requires a 50-hour work week. Responsible for managing food costs, labor costs, and overall restaurant profitability. Ensures all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met. CONSISTENT ACHIEVER
Forecasts sales and labor, manages scheduling, resolves customer complaints, and maintains facilities. Drives results by consistently meeting or exceeding operational benchmarks. SKILLED COMMUNICATOR
Coordinates schedules through coaching, conducts team meetings, and uses a headset for customer order communication. Communicates clearly with team members and upper management. CULTURE CHAMPION

Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience required Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a valid Driver's License Reliable transportation required Financial literacy and basic math skills required Must have legal status to work in the United States Must be available to work 50-hour weeks including nights, weekends, and holidays Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Strong verbal and written communication skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
