AdvancementReports To:
General ManagerOversees all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily functions from staffing, training, scheduling kitchen crew, managing inventory, controlling food costs, and upholding strict food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

BOH Manager acts as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation while handling maintenance and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
    Staff Management:
    Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.
      Inventory & Costs:
      Managing food/supply levels, ordering, receiving, proper storage, waste control, and food cost analysis.
        Food Quality & Safety:
        Enforcing recipes, portion control, temperature standards, sanitation protocols, and health/safety guidelines.
          Kitchen Operations:
          Ensuring efficient prep, cooking, and service flow; managing maintenance of equipment.
            FOH Coordination:
            Communicating with Front of House to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Essential Skills & Qualifications
