In this role, you will oversee daily front-of-house activities, manage guest services, and supervise staff to create a welcoming, efficient, and memorable environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing event logistics, and supporting the overall success of our hospitality setting. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your enthusiasm and management skills will shine. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including hosts, servers, and bartenders, ensuring excellent guest service at all times Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive atmosphere Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and register management Coordinate with kitchen or event staff to facilitate seamless service delivery during events or peak hours Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and customer feedback documentation to support continuous improvement Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and event setups to optimize guest flow and experience Experience Proven supervisory or management experience within a nightclub, restaurant, or hospitality environment Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience in events management and coordinating large groups or special functions Familiarity with shift management, report writing, and cash handling procedures Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and supervise diverse teams Knowledge of nightclub operations or resort hospitality is highly desirable Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
