If you're reading this, hi! I'm Lynnie, the operating partner for our franchise group and potentially your future boss. We're a female-owned company, and we care deeply about building businesses that run well and teams people genuinely enjoy being part of. Running a Smoothie King may start with blending fruit, but doing it well is really about leading people, setting the tone, and taking pride in the operation you're building. We're looking for a capable, down-to-earth leader who can connect with people, keep standards high, and make the store somewhere the team actually wants to show up. We're also looking beyond simply filling an open position. We want people who are interested in growing with us for the long haul... whether that means building a career at Smoothie King or eventually joining us on one of the many other projects our group has underway. If you're driven, dependable, good with people, and excited by the idea of helping build something, we'd really like to meet you.... even if this isn't the exact position you want. We will find the right position for the right person. Don't hesitate to reach out!
