We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our team and ensure seamless operations!As a Kitchen Supervisor you'll:
- Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team of associates dedicated to excellent back-of-house operations.
- Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure all food products meet Dash In's quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support.
- Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational adnce.
- Maintain effective communication with the BOH Manager regarding inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations.
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
- High School Diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software.
- Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support.
- Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
