Full-Time We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and help lead our team to success. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional guest service, and is passionate about team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all front-of-house operations Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service and quality standards Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals Manage labor costs and inventory control Order and maintain inventory of beer, wine, and liquor Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency Support financial performance, including sales growth and cost management

Qualifications:

5+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage teams and drive results Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience
