Sardi's Chicken is a multi-unit, family-owned restaurant in the Food & Beverage Hospitality Industry located in Beltsville, MD with over 20 locations in the DMV area. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services and maintaining a strong market presence. We would prefer a candidate with experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.

Complimentary Meals Growth Opportunities Team Atmosphere Eligible for Discretionary Bonus Plan paid quarterly Sardi's Chicken is excited to announce that we are looking for an Assistant Manager, to join our team at a busy, full-service bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent guest experiences, and supports daily operations alongside the General Manager Assisting with project planning to staff management. Nurturing positive working relationships with staff. Addressing any issues in a timely fashion. Help promote improvement across all departments by emphasizing safety, output targets, problem-solving, and team building. Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance. Creating reports as necessary about practices, effectiveness, participation, etc. Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
Qualifications:
3+ years' proven experience in a managerial role Strong decision-making capabilities Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
