Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and adherence to company policies and procedures Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability Utilize POS systems to maintain accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a positive dining experience Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, techniques, customer service skills, and safety standards Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Implement team training & development programs to enhance skills and promote professional growth within the restaurant Supervise kitchen operations, including food production and quick service offerings. Qualifications Proven management experience in the food industry with a strong background in restaurant management Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems; familiarity with cash handling procedures Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training & development, and customer interaction Previous experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments is highly desirable Knowledge of kitchen management & food production processes Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for order accuracy, inventory calculations, and financial reporting Join us as a Manager and lead our restaurant team toward delivering outstanding dining experiences!
