We're looking for a high-energy Store Manager to take ownership of daily operations, team performance, sales, and the customer experience. You'll lead from the front—recruiting and developing talent, managing schedules, driving sales, controlling inventory, and ensuring every customer interaction delivers on our standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience with sales, labor, inventory, and operational standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
