Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and kitchen management. Train and develop staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to food handling and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to maintain profitability. Implement and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items that enhance the dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain a clean and organized environment in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Experience Proven experience in casual, full service restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is required. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position. Part Time is possible.
