Hires, trains and supervises food service workers, manages meal and work schedules, supervises supply orders, food preparation and the quality of food and service, and monitors compliance with health regulations.

General Manager Salary:
Starting at $55,000 annually, negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Goal Setting and Planning:
Collaborate with supervisor to establish restaurant goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Team Leadership:
Lead Department Managers in setting and achieving department-specific goals. Provide mentoring and direction to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Staff Development:
Recruit, train, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members to build a skilled and motivated team.
Internal Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with ownership. Ensure a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Safety and Security:
Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect team members and guests.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a team of 20 or more individuals, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Minimum 3 years of experience in profit and loss analysis, demonstrating ability to manage financial performance. Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring, training, and development of team members.
