Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Bar Manager We are seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences while building a high-performing team. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations Lead, train, and develop bar staff Ensure exceptional guest service and issue resolution Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management Assist with cocktail development and seasonal specials Partner with leadership on beverage program execution and performance Qualifications Bar management or strong lead bartender experience required High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Solid knowledge of bar operations, inventory, and cost control Flexible schedule with availability nights and weekends (40-45 hrs/week) Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Schedule 40-45 hours per week What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick time 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance Parking provided Growth opportunities within the organization Supportive, team-focused environment
