Work Performed We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, ensuring legal compliance, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, leadership, and a passion for hospitality. Oversee daily bar operations including inventory, cleanliness, staff management, and service quality Hire, train, and schedule bar staff, ensuring proper performance and adherence to service standards Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and alcohol service policies Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and track stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Create or assist in developing drink menus and specials to enhance guest experience Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly Monitor sales performance, control costs, and meet revenue targets Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service Maintain cleanliness and proper ambiance within the bar area Conduct regular team meetings and staff evaluations Requirements Previous experience as Bar Supervisor/Manager required. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and beverage trends A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Hours required:
