Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Seasonal Banquet Manager Coastal Maine Resort | Housing Provided $35/Hour | Seasonal May-October We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Banquet Manager to join a high-volume coastal resort and lead banquet operations during our busy season. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys event execution, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee banquet operations for weddings, corporate events, social functions, and resort programming. Lead, coach, and develop a banquet team of 25-40 team members. Create schedules and staffing plans to ensure successful event execution. Coordinate with culinary and event teams to ensure seamless service. Manage event setup, service, and breakdown for plated, buffet, and reception-style functions. Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Handle changing priorities and last-minute adjustments with professionalism and urgency. Ensure all events are executed according to client expectations and company standards. Qualifications Previous Banquet Manager experience in a resort, hotel, conference center, country club, or high-volume event venue. Strong background overseeing weddings and large-scale banquet functions. Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require. Experience with scheduling, staffing, and labor management preferred.
