Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Restaurant Manager We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and building high-performing teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations Lead, coach, and develop team members Ensure exceptional guest service and quick resolution of issues Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Support hiring, training, and team development Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor management Partner with leadership to drive operational performance Qualifications Prior restaurant management or strong shift leadership experience required Experience in high-volume, full-service operations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible 40-45 hour schedule Proven ability to motivate teams and manage in a fast-paced environment Schedule 40-45 hours per week in a high-volume, full-service restaurant What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick time 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance Parking Provided Clear growth opportunities within the organization Supportive, team-oriented environment
