This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, supporting staff development, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth front

Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences Lead, coach, and support front
  • and back-of-house staff Manage scheduling, labor control, shift operations, and team accountability Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism Oversee inventory control, ordering, food cost management, and waste reduction Ensure compliance with food safety standards, liquor laws, and company policies Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order management, reporting, and cash handling Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing staff training and development Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a positive dining atmosphere Coordinate kitchen and bar operations to maintain service flow during peak business hours Qualifications Previous restaurant and/or bar management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and restaurant operations Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros preferred Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Weekend and evening availability required Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Culinary or bar management experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities Team-oriented and supportive work environment Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere Opportunity to make a direct impact on guest experience and team success If you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
