Positions Available Store Manager Starting at $16.50/hour Assistant Manager Starting at $15.00/hour What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service Create a positive, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and employees Ensure drinks and food are prepared quickly and with quality Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and cleanliness Train and develop team members to reach their potential Help drive sales while maintaining high operational standards What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong leadership skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Previous restaurant, retail, or coffee shop experience is preferred Management or leadership experience preferred for Store Manager candidates Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why BIGGBY?
