The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, knowledgeable about beverages, and passionate about creating a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff Maintain inventory and order beer, wine, liquor, and supplies Monitor costs, waste, and profitability Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies Develop drink menus and seasonal promotions Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Track sales performance and prepare reports as needed Qualifications 2+ years of bar management or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage trends Experience with inventory management and POS systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
