Duties Assist with daily venue operations, ensuring smooth shift execution, optimal floor flow, and exceptional guest experiences Supervise shift activities, including directing floor staff, managing security protocols, and coordinating with entertainers to maintain an energetic and upscale atmosphere Manage POS and venue systems for accurate cover charges, VIP bookings, hospitality sales, and strict cash handling reconciliation Lead staff training sessions on customer service excellence, venue policies, safety protocols, and daily operational procedures Participate in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing bar or venue assets to maximize profitability and control costs Contribute to venue management tasks such as staffing interviews, team scheduling, audition processes, and performance evaluations Uphold strict hospitality standards by creating a welcoming, premium environment for guests and fostering a professional, collaborative team culture Ensure absolute compliance with all local ordinances, state liquor laws, corporate policies, and safety regulations Skills Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or team management experience in nightlife, upscale hospitality, bar/restaurant, or fast-paced entertainment settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills paired with a proactive, professional approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle diverse guest needs, VIP clients, and entertainer relations gracefully Experience with POS systems, shift auditing, cash handling, and daily financial reporting is essential Leadership qualities with a proven track record in staff development, scheduling, and fostering a collaborative team environment Familiarity with inventory control, basic budgeting, and hospitality operations Ability to work a flexible schedule tailored to nightlife operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years of age and able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment Join us as a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop your leadership potential while working in an energetic, premium environment that values growth, teamwork, and excellence.
