Job Description

Frankenmuth, MI Full-time $17.00/hour
Hours:
37-40 Hours average per week; 5 days per week.
Earliest start time:
8am Latest End time: 10pm Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts between these hours, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Compensation includes but is not limited to: Employee paid medical, dental, vision, accident insurance, life insurance, 401K, accrued paid time off, employee assistance program, employee discounts on Bavarian Inn, Inc retail, dining, and attractions, special employee water park rates, and employee bonus program. Coordinates and directs all operational functions at the Frankenmuth Gift Shops River Place Shops and Frankenmuth Gift Shops Main Street Stores during scheduled periods to insure proper level of service and quality are delivered. Directly supervises any employees and departments in the absence of department managers; secures all areas; handles all emergencies or guest complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree or minimum 2 years experience in a related position. Ability to handle emergencies. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
