Job Overview As a Little Caesars Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving quality food products. You will work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets Little Caesars standards of cleanliness, service, and quality. Duties Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and standards. Provide friendly and effecient service to customers, taking orders, handling payments, and resolving any issues or complaints. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standrds, including food preparation areas, equipment, and customer areas. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as ovens and mixers, safely and effiecently. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well being of yourself and others. Work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly. Instruct other colleagues to help complete tasks in timely fashion. Qualifications Previous experience is required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, in hot and cold temperatures. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to upsell products through effective communication and engagement with customers. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
