The ideal candidate will have a background in food management, with the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in all menu items.
