Job Description
Assistant Manager
- Trailside Kitchen and Market Trailside Kitchen and Market, located in a scenic resort setting, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily café operations and lead shifts
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards
Qualifications:
- Food service or hospitality experience (supervisor preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
