Some Days are Very Fast Paced. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in kitchen management and restaurant operations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring high standards of food production and service. { Nights and Weekends ) Duties Supervise all kitchen operations during the night shift and Weekend Day shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in all menu items. Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in training new staff members on kitchen procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards. Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements and achieve business goals. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry is essential. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production techniques, and safety standards. Experience with team management, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
