Responsibilities:

Hire, train and develop FOH staff Oversee customer experience and ensure ongoing service excellence Ensure operational compliance with federal, local and state requirements Foster communication and openness Schedule workers and perform regular performance reviews Assist in beverage and liquor inventory, control cost Plan, develop and participate in managerial/service meetings Create drinks specials and anticipate future needs Coordinate reservations, catering, and events Implement incentives and goals for staff Grow sales Participate in social media marketing

Requirements:

Must have management experience Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand and be mobile for 8 hours and bend, stoop, squat Must be able to communicate effectively Must have computer skills and familiar with social media Must be open to working a variety of hours depending on events and schedules
