Job Description

Manufacturing Schedule:
(Night Shift:
4x12, Mon- Thurs, 6:00pm
- 6:30 am) The Team Leader will coordinate daily operations and production activities within their assigned area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Lead and participate in the execution of daily production tasks Operate and support key manufacturing equipment, including web coding, lamination, sledding, and web converting machinery Serve as a hands-on operator while also supervising and coordinating team efforts Liaise between Manufacturing Manager and machine operators to ensure clear communication Schedule team activities in line with production planning requirements Supervise and support team members in day-to-day operations Step in for Supervisor or Manager during absences or off-hours Provide backup coverage for team members when required Assemble product components to meet quality and production targets Monitor and report on production performance and team metrics Identify training needs and provide coaching and upskilling opportunities Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements Education and Experience required includes: High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of related work experience in manufacturing or machine operation Experience in label manufacturing is a strong advantage Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Familiarity with cGMP and ISO standards is desirable What We have to Offer At Neogen we believe that taking care of our employees allows them to do their best work.
