Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels for all ingredients and supplies Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary restrictions and customer preferences Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service during peak hours, special events, or catering functions Monitor staff performance through regular training, coaching, and shift management to cultivate a motivated and skilled culinary team Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant environments Proven supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and sanitation standards Excellent menu planning skills with an eye for innovation and presentation Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and food production techniques Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and service Experience in banquet operations, event catering, or large-scale food service management is highly desirable Join us as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef where your culinary expertise will elevate our establishment's reputation for excellence.
