In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced, lively environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety and quality, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while creating memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members to deliver outstanding service. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance their skills in food service, customer interaction, and safety protocols. Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed throughout the restaurant. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, and supervising food service operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in managing shifts, and budgeting.
