Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Ensure accurate cash handling, register reconciliation, and adherence to financial procedures Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising team performance, and motivating employees Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations Lead staff training initiatives focused on culinary techniques, food production, customer service excellence, and hospitality standards Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety procedures Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management Background in casual dining or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform shift management efficiently Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
