Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Oversee daily operations including shift management, ensuring smooth service flow during busy hours. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies timely, and minimizing waste. Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS operation, and safety procedures. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and support staff development initiatives to foster a motivated workforce. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with excellent team management skills. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and P&L analysis. Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a hospitality environment. Strong communication skills for effective managerial communication and staff training. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
