Crumbl is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage daily operations and to ensure the satisfaction of the company's employees and customers. We are seeking a dynamic leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. In order to be considered, you must have immediate recent experience operating a high-volume quick-serve restaurant and/or bakery with exceptionally high levels of customer interaction and hands-on operation and vendor management experience. What would I do as a Crumbl Manager? Leadership Characteristics They support their teams energetically - primarily through training and store planning and preparation. Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Well-versed in food safety guidelines and regulations Cheerful and Positive Attitude Teamwork oriented Serving Leader Ability to foster a positive work environment Previous management experience Flexible schedule to work in early morning shifts or late evening shifts
Responsibilities:
The General Manager will need to be consistently focused on improving team member engagement by having a successful team and utilizing direct coaching tools Plan and execute all operational aspects of the store in a way that enables the achievement of key outcomes (specific outcomes to be shared) Establish a strong culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, customer service, cleanliness, cookie availability, and sales performance while also supporting personal growth and opportunity for all team members Coordinate regularly with our VPs and Crumbl corporate leadership to understand and achieve P&L goals and stay in compliance with all operational requirements and minimum standards Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures Other duties assigned to ensure the overall health and success of the business Requirements Proven experience in Food Production, Team Management, and Kitchen Management with a team of up to 30+ employees Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food industry trends Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer software applications related to restaurant management Inventory management and ordering Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members ServSafe or equivalent Valid driver's license
