Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, food service, and customer satisfaction. Supervise and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service while maintaining a positive work environment. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations. Monitor food preparation processes, uphold food safety standards, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity. Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant management. Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining restaurants. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent leadership skills with supervisory experience in restaurant or hospitality settings. Deep understanding of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and kitchen management. Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards. Skilled in staff training, interviewing potential team members, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Experience with shift management, budgeting, and food production processes in a hospitality or hotel environment is highly desirable.
