Our stores provide a unique food experience for health-conscious customers seeking quality and authenticity. Our mission is to create a unique tasting experience for every customer. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our specialty food store. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain inventory control. Your leadership will drive sales growth and create an inviting shopping environment that highlights our premium products. Lead and supervise store team members, including hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory control to minimize waste and maximize sales Implement effective sales strategies through marketing initiatives, product placement, and promotional activities Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm to foster loyalty and satisfaction Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management to inform strategic decisions Oversee cooking demonstrations, outside events, farmers markets, etc Proven management experience in retail or specialty food stores with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles Excellent communication skills Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, merchandising, and shift management Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations confidently Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Experience in specialty food retail is highly desirable Strong customer service orientation with phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering an authentic culinary experience!
