Job Description
Mojave Cantina is looking for a kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen Lyon Twp, MI location. We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual who is passionate about food and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is looking to grow and learn from the company. We are looking for someone who is eager to make this restaurant great. The Manager will be responsible for leading the team, setting expectations, and driving sales and profitability of the restaurant. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive working environment, as well as enforcing company standards and values. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, as well as following all health and safety regulations. The Manager will also be responsible for managing all staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and communicating expectations throughout the shift.
