The AGM serves as a key member of the leadership team, supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel performance, including guest satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and financial results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to upholding Hilton brand standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike. Essential Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. Lead and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other operational departments. Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and a positive stay experience. Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally. Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and safety regulations. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met. Assist with scheduling, payroll oversight, labor management, and staffing needs. Support revenue management initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability. Review daily reports, financial performance metrics, and operational results. Ensure proper cash handling, audit procedures, and internal controls are followed. Serve as Manager on Duty when required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hotel management or supervisory experience required. Previous experience with Hilton brands preferred. Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, and hotel operations. Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS); Hilton systems experience is a plus. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience with extended-stay hotel operations. Knowledge of revenue management and hotel financial reporting. Demonstrated success in team leadership and guest service excellence.
