Role:

Join Goldfish Swim School MFO as a General Manager and lead our passionate team in providing exceptional swim education to children in West Bloomfield, MI. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a splash in a fun and rewarding environment while fostering a love for swimming!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging environment for students and staff. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of swim instructors and support staff. Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to optimize swim program efficiency. Implement marketing strategies to attract new students and retain current families. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Foster a positive culture that prioritizes customer service and community engagement. Collaborate with corporate leadership to align with company goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in management, preferably in the swim school or recreational industry. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with families and staff. Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports. Knowledge of swim instruction and safety protocols is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
